Mojito

Hi, Ebby here. As someone who grew up in Miami, Latin American food will always have a comforting place in my heart…and stomach 😁.

The Mojito Platter - Fried yucca, tostones and maduros sprinkled with Cotija cheese

Going to Mojito on a sunny Seattle day and taking in a spoonful of arroz con frijoles really took me back to my childhood. Every bite was well seasoned, flavor full, and had me wanting more. The portions were just right, not too small and not overwhelming. I also had a virgin mojito which was delicious and not too sweet.

The Pabellón - from their Menu:

Venezuela’s national dish. Seasoned shredded beef cooked in a red pepper and onion tomato sauce. Served with rice, black beans and maduros.

Although Mojito is a small spot, they have both indoor and outdoor seating, try to stop by on a sunny day and get the full experience of good food and good weather.
