Do you ever crave pizza for breakfast? Well this might be the place for you. Skalka is located in Seattle’s Downtown Waterfront. And although it’s not actually pizza, It’s going to fill that bread-y, cheesy void in your life. Just look at that!

They serve only one dish called Khachapuri that comes in beef, chicken, and even veggie varieties. It’s usually a 10 minute wait but it’s all self-serve from a kiosk – so you can get in and out fairly quickly.

A little history – Skalka was started in 2019 by two immigrants from Georgia and Russia on a mission to prove authentic Eastern-European food should taste delicious and look phenomenal.

And I mean… mission accomplished? Seriously – this bread is so fluffy, the egg combo somehow just… works? I don’t know, it's amazing and you definitely HAVE to give it a try.
